Positive: Awesome property! Great central location! Awesome views! You could see the LA skyline and the hills! Kids loved the pool, the hammock and the fire pit! Would definitely go back to it! Good shopping and choice of restaurants close by!

Negative: Drive up the hills can be challenging if you are not used to but views are worth it! Outdoor furniture and deck needs a power wash. Die to the central Location, traffic can be a pain. Be aware of rush hours as most streets are one lane roads.

Positive: This house is all about the open floor plan, amenities and most of all the VIEW. Beautiful high canyon view of the entire LA skyline. Extremely spacious. Convenient (mostly a short 10 min drive) to UCLA, Westwood and Sunset strip, Beverly Hills stores, etc. Very honest and communicative host. GREAT RENTAL!
