Positive: Unfortunately the oven needs replaced. It appears that they are using the breaker box to turn power off to it when not in use. It over heats and beeps even after shutting it off. The only way to stop the oven from heating is hitting the breaker box. The rooms set up, was perfect for our stay. 3 beds and a bathroom down stairs. And a another bedroom /bathroom upstairs. Unfortunately no tvs in the downstairs bedrooms. The park across the street was well used by our family group. And location to beach and food was very close.
