Positive: Pros: Location is peaceful, quiet and serene Complimentary Laundry on site for guests

Negative: Cons: Cottage was old, outdated, dirty. A lot of dust and dirt on ALL windows. I broke out due to the dirty conditions of the cottage. NO turndown service available. Needed towels and couldn’t get anyone. NO one answers the phone during normal business hours. Took me two days to reach someone to get more towels. Couldn’t swim in the beach at all because it isn’t clean for swimming EVER. Laundry facility ONLY has 2 washers/ 2 dryers with one dryer out of service. Always waiting and searching for front desk personnel during normal business hours.

Positive: The staff was very supportive, we had made a mistake with the reservation, but the staff went over and beyond to ensure we could have the best possible stay, and I did make a world of difference! Great care, support and flexibility, also the structure is unique, and so beautiful it is amazing!!

Positive: Beautiful, serene country beach resort. It was welcoming, private yet friendly. Very peaceful. It was perfect for travelling with our toddler/1.5 year old. She loved the beach, trees, pool, beautiful flowers around the grounds. The cottage had all the amenities to stay comfortably and not want to leave!

Negative: The property is in a small cute town but quite far from Lihue. This was fine for us. It would’ve made more sense to buy food in Lihue and cook more in the cottage. We didn’t understand the remoteness of the area until arrived.

Positive: The cottages are original and are full of charm, wood floors, wooden doors, original door handles, and lots of nook and cranny’s. If you are looking for a crowded touristy resort this is not it. I so enjoyed the peace and quiet. The lanai was large and spacious and the space in between cottages is good. Restaurant on site was very good.

Negative: My only complaint is one of us had to sleep on the rattan couch and it was very uncomfortable, even to sit in was not the best.

Summary: I will definitely come back again, it was relaxing, peaceful and loved exploring the south west side of the island.

Positive: Very nice cottage with ocean View. Terrace is very nice. Bbq restaurant is ok. Well located to visit the west coast.

Negative: Nothing . Unfortunately we arrived late and the cottage door was locked from the inside but we called the manager who arrived quickly.

Negative: Small bed and pillow felt like a brick ( to me) . Expensive for what it is - but all Hawai’i is expensive.
