Our minimum stay is 30 days.
We rent exclusively to contractors and military personnel working at the Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF) or medical personnel working at the Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital (KVMH), Kauai West Side Medical Center or similar facility. The County of Kauai doesn't allow vacation rental use of condominiums in our development and this allows us to offer a quieter and a more relaxing stay.
Our home away from home in Waimea, and near Kekaha, displays our pride of ownership as we continuously make improvements and update the accommodations. Many of our guests at the end of their contracts find it hard to leave when it is time to return to the mainland. (Please note that if you bring your family, children stay free.)

Our beachfront Kauai Rental is oceanfront, has a pool and is walking distance to Waimea Town shops, restaurants, and theater. In addition to its great location in nearby Waimea with close proximity to the PMRF and Kekaha, you will find many of the comforts of home, including high quality tropical island furnishings, king size beds, Air Conditioning, LED HDTV, Blue Ray Player, DSL wireless high speed internet service, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and a washer & dryer in the unit. This is a place where you can come home and relax to find the Aloha spirit mixed with the sound of the surf.

We just cannot say enough about our visit to Kauai and stay at your condo. It was our home away from home for 30 glorious days. We are already anticipating a return for next year. We had the privilege of staying at the GRAND WAILEA on Maui for FREE with two company sponsored trips. That is one of the top five resorts in the world. What I am trying to say is EVERY TIME WE RETURN TO HAWAII - WE WILL ONLY RETURN TO YOUR CONDO ON KAUAI. It supercedes any luxury vacation I have ever experienced. The ocean views, whale watching from the balcony, going to sleep and waking every morning to the sounds of the waves breaking, the fresh fish grilled on the balcony night after night, the sleepy little town on the sunny side of the island away from all the crowds and touristy type places. It is the PERFECT place and we will DEFINITELY RETURN!

Summary: This condo was perfect for an employee to stay close to base for 2 1/2 months. The host Henry was wonderful and very responsive. The home was clean and had everything she needed, I’m hoping it’s available again next summer to rent this space again!

Summary: Enjoyed my stay. Quick walks to the pier, local restaurants and grocery store. Only downside was the AC was broken, but I didn't really need it. Great ocean breezes most of the time.
