This upstairs unit is located in the first building as you enter the complex, providing easy access and a private corner unit. This is a golfer’s dream and is located adjacent to the Waikoloa Village Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. Take in a beautiful sunset on the front porch with peek-a-boo ocean views. Enjoy walks where you are steps away from the Waikoloa Dryland Park providing you with sweeping views of the ocean over the Kohala Coast and to Maui.

Summary: The property was really nice! The owners thought of everything to make our stay feel like home, from the beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler, fully stocked kitchen, labeled light switches and device charging stations. I often struggle with sleeping and have trouble being comfortable with the mattresses when we travel. This bed was so comfortable! Goldilocks has found her bed! We highly recommend staying here!

Summary: Generous size and nicely furnished condo, with beautiful landscaping. Owner bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. Due to the extremely high local electricity rates, the air conditioner controls for cooling were limited to 75 degrees. That information would have been useful ahead of time.
