A-Bay is a great beach for family fun, with warm sand and gentle waves in a sheltered location that has its own volley ball court and work out equipment for the energetic. Summary: We loved our stay in Waikoloa and this property. The place was clean and beautiful. Had everything that you would need. It was so nice staying here after staying in a resort hotel room for a week. Robert was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. Summary: This condo is unbeatable. The location and amenities are fantastic! The pool and beach access are enviable, and the proximity to both the King’s Shops and Queen’s Market are highly convenient. We only had a couple questions, and the owner’s/manager’s responsiveness was quick and informative. The only thing that didn’t exceed our expectations was the ceiling fan in the master bedroom was very squeaky. (It doesn’t even signify, but I don’t want this to sound like a cookie cutter review!) I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Summary: Our family of four had a great stay at Robert’s condo. Having access to beach towels, beach gear, and toys was incredibly helpful traveling with young kids. The kitchen and lanai were well stocked for dining in. This condo complex is wonderful with a great pool and beach access. Robert was easy to communicate with and would highly recommend staying here.
