Summary: I booked the wrong dates for myself with work. Got different days off and was able to rebook flight then turned to Marriott who allowed non refundable option on hotels.con to change to the new dates! Until it was confirmed it was nerve wracking! But Marriott did it. For whatever reason… when we arrived we were told that we got upgraded to a beach view… and what a view! Great hotel especially if you have someone with you with limited mobility! Pool wait staff… excellent! Luau on site… excellent! Definitely will be back!

Summary: Service is not what you expect from a Marriot hotel. It's a big resort and they dont take time for anything. Restaurant staff don't care much about the guests. Cleaning is so terrible that it is hardly existing and leaving the rooms uncleaned for the whole stay!

Summary: The hotel is beautiful and has the laid back feel. Staff were very helpful during the Tsunami warning lockdown and made sure all guest were safe. The resort fee will allow you to rent beach chairs and buggy boards for the beach and they have two water refill stations on the 1st floor. The view from our room balcony was amazing. Being able to see Diamond Head and the ocean from our room was really wonderful to wake up to.

Summary: They only provide great service if you are a Marriot Bonvoy Member. Those lines move fast etc. The place itself is exquisite.

Summary: Second trip to Oahu staying at the Marriott and was better than the first. The hotel staff are polite and friendly who epitomize the Aloha spirit. The hotel is conveniently located to open space for walking and to the beach. Starbucks within the property open at 4am which for early risers like me is very convenient. Location, location, location combined with a clean facility with good amenities makes this property an outstanding choice to stay at. There are plenty of options in Waikiki but if you enjoy great views and access to the beach that is walking distance to the park you won’t be disappointed.
