Summary: Halekulani is truly a five star property. The staff are great. The service is top-notch. The food was excellent. Also like the location on the water but away from the hustle and bustle of the main shopping district. It is a very well run property. We were very happy to have stayed there on our recent visit to Waikiki.

Summary: The best staff and hotel we have experienced anywhere! Talia at the front desk was so sweet and extremely helpful! She showed us to our room, walking us from the front desk. We never had that done before. She explained all the amenities the hotel had to offer and showed us where everything was in our room. If we needed anything, we always looked for Talia and behold she had the answer or showed us the way! A big shout out to Vin! She overheard that it was our birthday and offered us an upgrade/ bigger room to accommodate us! We loved the room and we had plenty of space! Thank you Vin! We want to shout out the general manager, Davide. He sent a bottle of champagne up to the room for my mom’s birthday! What a pleasant surprise! Alfredo at the pool gave great service! The housekeeping team was great too! Lastly, Chad at bell/ valet was so helpful and kind! He really helped me out our last night there and had a good last impression on how dedicated the staff are to making everyone feel special! We hope to visit again!
