Summary: The outside of the building was very nice, but the inside needed updates. The out side door don't has a opening so cold in the room. The inside of the hotel need vacuumed all over and it had a very bad small in the hotel.

Summary: New owners are trying hard with limited resources to repair and freshen the property. We've noticed much improvement since our 1st stay a year ago. It's a good, basic accommodation WITHIN Wagner.

Summary: WiFi work 15 minutes first evening but never again next 2 days. "Breakfast" was just carbs, carbs more carbs and fat. Zero fruit. 1 kind of hyper sweet cereal

Summary: We arrived very late close to midnight but the front desk gentleman was very kind and said he's been expecting us and had everything ready to go. He just handed me the key card and wished me a good night. However, it was 9:00AM and my wife and I were still in a very long but important conversation and the lady doing house cleaning had already knocked on our door wanting to come clean our room. Our conversation was interrupted and we quickly gathered our things and left. It's just one of those times my wife and I finally had time to spend with each other away from the kids and had a meaningful deep conversation because our minds were clear in the morning.

Summary: The staff are great; friendly and easy to work with. The check out was an hour earlier which is okay, just different for us. The toilet seat lid wasn’t attached to the toilet and I nearly slid off when I sat down while bathing my granddaughter when we first got there. Also there were only 2 very thin towels for four of us, but we did bring our own so that was alright too. Could be better maintained but I honestly think they are working on it and the over all experience was nice. I will definitely be staying there on my travels that way again.
