Positive: We had a room at the top with a lovely, large balcony facing the sea..Room was large, clean and had a good fridge, a/c, comfortable bed and kettle. Bathroom was adequate though also clean. Would recommend for proximity to beach and Wadi Shab. Staff allowed us to use the kitchen to cook one evening too. Breakfast was good- simple but with a good choice.

Positive: Location next to the beach and within walking distrance of restaurants and Wadi Shab is excellent. The room is really decorated and furnished with great views.

Negative: No water refill station for guests to fill up their water bottles. Too many small plastic water bottles.

Positive: Nice mountain resort offering a lot of activities. Rooms spacious with very comfy beds and nice modern bathrooms. Well equipped gym and great pool to relax after having a hike in the mountains. We enjoyed a lot the dinner and breakfast buffets - large selection and good quality! Staff super friendly!!!

Positive: Absolutely Exceptional Hospitality! I can’t say enough good things about my stay here. The hosts were incredibly kind, patient, and flexible — nothing was too much trouble and they made me feel relaxed and comfortable, especially as a solo female traveller. I arrived late, and they welcomed me warmly, even offering to get me snacks for my hike the next day. Despite being too early for breakfast, they thoughtfully packed me fruit and offered me coffee to take with me. The room was beautiful with a stunning sea view I hadn’t even expected. Everything was spotless and cool, and communication was super easy via WhatsApp. They gave great advice for exploring the area and even let me stay late to charge my phone and shower after visiting Bimmah Sinkhole before heading to the airport. They were so kind and easy-going, I couldn't believe how lucky I was. The location is perfect — Wadi Shab is just minutes away, and there’s a gorgeous beach right on the doorstep. I honestly haven’t experienced hospitality like this in years, possibly ever. It was perfect!
