Positive: The W-New York Times Square is our favorite hotel in the city and always our first choice. Nothing beats the location - close to subways, excellent dining, and the charming farmer's market. The staff is top notch - we frequently feel like we've made new friends each visit because the staff is so engaging. It is a treat to stay at this property.

Positive: Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Location is prime to Union Square Station. The Welcome cocktail was a lovely touch. Bar lounge is stunning with excellent cocktails, dj and vibe.

Negative: WiFi. Also missed having a large lobby -common space. In-room dining menu was not easily accessible.

Summary: Super comfortable bed and nyc art deco vibe. I would stay again!

Positive: We enjoyed everything about the property! This ideal location had great restaurants and shopping nearby. I highly recommend the Ocean restaurant for upscale dining (kid-friendly), and one of the largest Barnes & Noble locations is right around the corner next to a delicious chocolate shop with crepes and milkshakes. Plus the Seahorse restaurant was conveniently located inside the hotel and room service was excellent. We ordered breakfast daily! The staff were very attentive and extremely polite! The front desk, doormen, and concierge team. Thanks for all your help, Chloe! And I have to mention how well kept the rooms were during our stay. The cleaning staff went above and beyond to accommodate us with a daily turn down service, and fresh linens. We never felt rushed to leave our suite but we always returned to a clean, comfortable room. We were very impressed!

Negative: Nothing at all. We can’t wait to return!
