Positive: Beautiful room with a great view and in a nice location. Staff were all friendly.

Negative: Everything within the hotel was extremely expensive compared to the rest of Muscat. Service was slow at times.

Positive: All staff members are positive and helpful, rooms are luxurious and clean, view is beautiful

Negative: Buffet at Harvest could have been better in terms of variety, but it was good. There was no private beach area and the public beach in front of the hotel didn’t seem very appropriate since there were a lot of workers and random men walking around, not beach ready. It didn’t feel specifically safe, although I do know Oman is very safe generally. It just didn’t match the luxury vibes in the pool and hotel area

Positive: everything is nice...from the staff, services,room,the sfragrance ,the foods. . although bit cozy but worthy

Negative: The beach... it's not safe at night coz no lights

Summary: I enjoyed everything... specially I had a wonderful sleep coz the bed was so comfortable

Positive: The exceptional staff who were friendly and always willing to assist special mention to Kiko. Our room was great and the facilities were amazing.. Breakfast buffet was superb with such an excellent selection of the most delicious pastries.

Negative: Nothing was not to like at the W.
