Positive: Spacious rooms & good bathroom
Negative: I booked 2 rooms , one room they didn’t refill the lotion in the bathroom!! Service breakfast was very slow, most of things were not refill, bread corner was a bit empty!! I really was disappointed with the breakfast, it doesn’t seems its mandarian oriental .

Positive: Everything was good. Very comfortable stay. Most staff were very professional and helpful.
Negative: Had to make multiple calls for it some HK items. Same with bell desk foe the trolley. What needs massive improvement is the valet service. They were disorganised. Had to wait quite a bit for the car. Staff were hanging around but were not forthcoming. Probably the most disappointing of our experience. F&B at the breakfast was superb. The Indian hostess was fantastic. And the Arabic restaurant manager i guess. He was excellent.
