Summary: Property is designated 5 star, however it is tired and is not up to the W standards. Poor quality linens, tired decor, slow elevators, issues with door locks, limited outlets for connecting electronics etc. Big spacious room, but more 2/3 star level and certainly no worth 5 star rating or price. Was extremely disappointed.

Summary: The staff was the selling point! Gabriela and another woman with brown hair and glasses who i’m so sorry I forgot her name were amazing! Their communication was above and beyond and put me in a positive mood checking into the place. Absolutely would book with this company again and don’t see myself going elsewhere. The rooms were very clean and everything looked how the photos do!
