Positive: Firstly, the location in Central Aizawl is in close proximity to the Mizoram State Archives and the Bene Menashe synagogue where I had work. Secondly, the owner, Sam. He's a great person who'd go to any extent to make your stay memorable. He arranged an alternative taxi for me late into the night, after the first taxi driver fell ill.
Negative: The only disadvantage is the long flights of stairs that one needs to climb, given my knee ligament injury and pain. However, these stairs everywhere are a general feature of Aizawl city.
