Positive: This was a near perfect accomodation. Interiors and architecture were impeccable. Level of finish in every room and common areas exceeded our expectations. The landscaping was immaculate with clever little touches such as water features near breakfast area, pool, in front of our room that added a full sensory experience and made our stay feel calm and tranquil. The house itself is historic and has been fully renovated. The photos don't do it justice. We were one of three guest rooms booked during our stay. Very private, with ocean views across the pool. It felt like a French billionaire gave us the keys to his villa to enjoy for 4 nights. It's a bed and breakfast so no room service or meals other than a continental style breakky in the morning - pastries, fresh bread, coffee, juice and fruit. Violine the housekeeper is the heart and soul of the villa, greeting us on arrival, showing us around, prepping and serving breakky and ensuring the premises are immaculate. The pool is another highlight. Lots of sun baking spots around it. Honestly, the best accomodation we've ever booked! Perfect for couples, not large groups.

Negative: Maybe some options for meal delivery as there is nothing to eat other than breakfast which is ok if you're out and about for lunch and dinner but sometimes we just wanted to grab a light lunch or snack by the pool. The town centre is too far to walk in the heat and uber/taxi is slow to pick up during peak season. You can however by some snacks to keep in the fridge in communal kitchen. Our room had a sheer curtain only, could do with a block out blind as we were woken up with the sun every morning. Not great if you want a little lay in.
