Summary: We arrived and our reservation was not reserved... No one was at the front desk. It took ~30min to get checked in.

Summary: When we went to check-in, no one was there. We waited for 10 minutes until someone came from the locked lounge door, apologetic, and acting embarassed. The entire front area and hallways smelled of cigarette smoke.
