Positive: The Vrindavan Homestay is truly something special. Thanks to the warm, cheerful, and helpful nature of Anand and his family, I immediately felt at home. Everything is possible here: kayaking or canoeing tours, scooter rental, bike tours or informative walks through the village, cooking traditional dishes with the family, laundry service, assistance with errands, and much more. The location is ideal: right on a backwater canal and close to the train station, shopping, and restaurants. Although you'll hardly visit the restaurants after tasting Anand's mother's cooking. The rooms themselves are clean and equipped with everything you need. The rooms above the pond in the garden with their terrace over the water are particularly unique. Thanks to the peaceful atmosphere, the view of nature, and the various seating areas, you can relax here for hours. Overall, Vrindavan Homestay offers the perfect combination of unique comfort and immersion in local life, and I would come back here anytime. Thank you all! ❤️

Positive: The property was in a very peaceful location, really relaxing spot. It was also right next to the canals where our host offered us canoeing and a sunrise boat trip which was AMAZING! Our host was very accommodating, went above and beyond to make our stay special. We will definitely be returning here in the future. Thank you!

Negative: Location was perfect. Host was very kind and attentive. Rooms stayed nice and cool.

Positive: Munroe Island is a gem. Sometimes it's good to slow down.; this place is an excellent spot to do so. Room is cozy and quiet with phenomenal AC. WiFi is good. Best part of the place is caretaker Anand. Anything you need assistance with he will advise or arrange. Sunrise canoe trip in the backwaters cannot be missed. Just listen to the birds and crickets with occasional train in the distance and faint music from neighbors and temples.

Positive: Location is unique, people very friendly, good support for organising activities there (boat trip in the backwaters). More in general atmosphere was great. It was also quite unique to be there during Diwali.
