Summary: All I can say is wow, wow, wow! I have traveled to many places across the world and I have never received better service than I received at VOYA boutique hotel. The staff and their attention to detail is what elevated this trip. Every single day that we were there, we entered to find handwritten notes, fresh flowers, and treats. It was my boyfriend‘s birthday while we were there. I only mentioned it once, but they remembered and actually had an artist with a mini saxophone play a special tribute to him. This is what I mean by top-notch customer service and attention to detail. I also want to acknowledge the extra touches like waiting until we entered our transportation before walking away from the door and being there when we arrived home…it made it feel like home. It felt like a caring mom waiting to make sure that you made it safely inside. On the night before we were scheduled to leave, the staff called us to inform us that they noticed that we didn’t need to leave the hotel until about 1 PM to catch our flight. They gave us a complimentary late check out without us even asking and a fresh set of red roses. VOYA was hands-down the best part of our trip. I will return to Cuba because of the service that I received from the staff.

Summary: Excellent 3 nights at this hotel. Room was huge and airy with its own balcony, food was excellent and the public spaces both indoors and outdoors were tranquil and comfortable. The hotel is a short (15-20 mins) taxi ride from the old town and the staff were welcoming, friendly and super helpful.

Summary: Must stay here! We will be staying at VOYA for every Havana or Cuban getaway. This hotel is like no other. From the very moment we arrived, the check in experience was smooth and were greeted with the staple drink. (Allow VOYA to Arrange the airport pickup, very worth the extra fee and hassle free). The architecture was beautiful and our room had all the toiletries we could ask for. Even greeted with homemade chocolates upon arrival to the room. We stayed in the suite on the 1st floor which let us walk out from our patio to the pool and pool bar. Highly recommended. The breakfast was tasty, with local breads, and ham and cheese. Cute decor on the coffee, every time it was a different design. The staff and owner knew us by name and were so attentive and had attention to detail like I’ve never experienced before. We ate in the restaurant and were blown away at the presentation and flavor. To no surprise the owner enlightened us that the chef there was trained by an another Michelin star chef and shared that a lot of the inspiration for the hotel comes from the owners time in Dubai. Speaks for itself. During our stay they helped to arrange taxis to the city center and even to the beach which was ~2 hours away. Checking out, they let us all choose a Cuban themed magnet, which we placed on our fridge. Such a gem, tucked away and quiet. Loved it here and other hotels around the world could take note on the excellence VOYA brings. I would invest in any place this owner opens,
