Summary: When arriving you wonder if you are at the right place but once you get inside this oasis in the middle of old Habana you are going to be delighted. All modernized and clean. Hot water and cold ac. Free WiFi. Beds and bathrooms were great. Beautiful patio area. Safe deposit box in rooms. The physical hotel is beautiful but the true success of my stay here was because of the staff. Two particularly who took care of me that week. Jorge and Jackie. I’ve travelled for work and pleasure for over 40 years and never had the opportunity to receive such amazing service and care.

Summary: Una estadia inolvidable! First and foremost, the staff are above and beyond exceptional (Jackie, Tania, and the rest). From helping with organizing tours, solving unexpected tourist needs, communication, attentiveness, and providing basic human warmth, which is something our world has forgotten! So yes, the staff make the beautiful setting even more beautiful. I will never forget this hotel nor its' staff. I loved EVERYTHING about my stay, and from the bottom of my heart - Thank you!

Summary: Loved this hotel - if you are looking for an oasis in Old Havana, you have found it at Rev...spacious room, comfy bed, yummy breakfast, best shower I had in Cuba. The staff are so welcoming and very helpful. The perfect place for your stay!!

Summary: Very clean, warm water, very friendly personal and always here. The entrence is a bit hidden, it's in a biulding with a red door and not written the Hotel name, but the rest was perfect! :)

Summary: We stayed one night in Havana. The ladies managing the property could not be more helpful. The location is perfect for walking to all the main sites. The room was clean and we slept well. Thank you Tania :)

Summary: Great hotel in old havana. Tania and the staff are fantastic. Very accomodating and helped with coordination of our old car tour and return taxi to varadero. Highly recommend this hotel
