Positive: We had a wonderful stay at these apartments in Vienna, located just a short walk from the Inner Stadt. We rented a one-bedroom apartment that had everything needed for a comfortable stay — a stove, kettle, dishes, towels, iron, hairdryer, and even a dishwasher. The apartment was very clean and cozy, and we immediately felt at home. The entrance is through a charming inner courtyard shared with a Japanese café, which adds a lovely touch to the atmosphere. There is also a small terrace in the courtyard with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Vienna. The only minor downside was that there was no shower gel provided, but everything else was absolutely perfect.

Negative: We had a flat on the groundfloor where is also kitchen of Japanese restaurant right next to the bathroom windows, which was a little uncomfortable

Positive: Located in the city center and right next to a metro station. We visited during Christmas, and Rathausplatz was only a 10-minute walk away, as were most attractions and markets. It’s ideal for two friends or a couple in terms of space. Surprisingly warm, even though we didn’t use the heating. We had no issues with the host, who responded promptly.

Negative: The accommodation could be even better if shampoo were provided for the shower. Additionally, there was an occasional sewer smell, but I don’t think the host can do much about it—it seems to be a common issue in Vienna.

Summary: We didn’t get tired from walking at all, as everything was so close to us.

Positive: It was spacious and clean and a good value and convenient to public transport and attractions.

Negative: I had no idea this was a ground floor property and there were signs everywhere that the windows had to be kept open. That didn’t feel safe and I felt that the pictures I looked at to book indicated it was a first floor property so I was not expecting that. I sent a few messages through booking.com but never heard from the property managers. The waitstaff ( I had to pick up keys from adjoining restaurant) who gave me the keys and showed me everything were wonderful, but I didn’t even receive instructions from the property managers by email until after the waitstaff helped us.

Summary: Good value for the money, but make sure you know which apartment you are actually getting, so as not to feel like a bait
