Negative: Showers in the pool were difficult to operate and cold water

Positive: It shouts luxury. I had the family room with the two double beds amazing, spacious and cozy

Positive: The property was very nice and the staff were so lovely, the buffet breakfast was yummy too! Everything about our stay was perfect and the beds were so comfy.

Negative: We had a really nice stay however the spa facilities were quite limited but this would be my only criticism as everything else was lovely!

Summary: We had a lovely time at Voco and the value for money is what made the trip even better for us!

Positive: Really nice hotel in a nice location with good facilities and lovely staff

Negative: Unfortunately we were in accessible room without any knowledge that that is the room we would be getting. I would like to know that when I am booking that I am booking an accessible room. The room was also old and needs a lot of refreshing. The outside and reception is so shiny but once you go into the room, it’s like going back to 2003.

Positive: It was very clean, very comfy and nice and relaxing

Negative: The only thing that shocked me was the breakfast, it was nice but it wasn’t worth the money. £60 for 2 mornings for 2 people, just for a buffet was a bit much.
