Summary: I like staying at Vizcaya. It's a lovely piece of history and the beauty of it makes it easy to overlook little annoyances like no clock in the room or a slow-draining sink.

Summary: I like the charm of this place and the fact that it is not a corporate hotel. However, breakfast is minimal. Coffee was very good. It could use more amenities in the bathroom, and the bathroom floor is slippery when wet. There were spider webs and dirt between the inner and outer window panes. The wood desk was kind of sticky. Bedding was clean and the mattress was comfortable. Bathroom was very clean!

Summary: Really enjoyed staying at Vizcaya! It's a beatiful property, with charming, clean rooms and a friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay there again whether on business or leisure.

Summary: The grounds are very pretty. The room is clean and reasonably comfortable. I wish it had two chairs instead of just one, so one person wouldn’t have to sit on the bed all the time. I was expecting a regular hotel not a bed and breakfast. Checking in is a little inconvenient, but not a reason not to stay here. Overall, it’s a nice place.

Summary: The hotel is beautiful and service is terrific. My concern was that I’m 77 yrs old and made the trip early because I had a 6 pm wedding to attend, so I got there 2 hrs early. I was sooo tired and my body was in so much pain, and I know my room was ready. It didn’t become ready at 3pm. It would not have disrupted anything to allow me to go rest before my event. Plus, the next morning I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to leave because I got soooo sick from the food it was like stomach flu and I was concerned about leaving at 11, but I thought you’d charge me for a whole day if I was late checking out . The grounds were beautiful and peaceful! Everyone was kind. Those are my only concerns. I’ve had 2 total knee replacements, but was helped with my luggage while I fought all those steps, and found an easier way to leave the property on checkout. Thank you soo mich!!
