The location was prime as it was close to groceries, cafes, and dining spots, both chain and local restaurants. 12/10 would recommend!

Summary: The property was located in a very nice area of town. Conveniently close to shopping and eating with proximity to Downtown and UC Davis Medical Ctr. Place had a very nice layout, all amenities, and attention to details a good host has.

Summary: Great location around the corner from grocery for this studio. Low ceilings if you are taller than 6'3".Soft sheets, lots of towels. Solid AC for Sacramento summers. On street parking worked fine. Easy drive to train museum and city center. Quiet couple of nights during the week.
