Positive: The stay was very pleasant. After booking, I coordinated with the staff for booking a taxi during my stay. Ms. Sreelekshmi at the front desk was very helpful. At check-in, no payment was collected and I was told I could pay at checkout. For our trip the following day to Kanyakumari, Ms. Sreelekshmi gave all the details after checking with the driver. She even called up at night in the room to inform me about a small change. Mr. Sudheer at the front desk was very helpful in giving details of the place. We were provided with an Innova and our driver Kalesh was very nice. Charges were all inclusive plus tax. The breakfast spread was nice, especially the local Kerala variety. We had dinner there too and it was reasonably priced and tasty. The wait staff at the hotel are very helpful and nice. The hotel is close to the temple with an auto stand close by. Definitely recommended!
