Positive: The host, Mr. Santhosh, was exceptionally courteous and friendly. He was always available to ensure our comfort. I’ve booked many properties through Booking.com, but I’ve never experienced such warm hospitality. I’ve now decided that whenever I visit Trivandrum, I will always choose a property managed by Santhosh.

Positive: Apartment is located at heart of the city, super easy to locate

Negative: We had a great experience staying at The Crystal Apartment. The rooms were very neat, clean and well maintained. Felt completely safe and secure during the stay. Undoubtedly, its a perfect choice for a family/friends stay. It won't be a honest review, if I miss mentioning about Mr. Santosh, who is the Apartment's Host. He is such a super gentle kind person who is always available and ready to walk extra mile to help/make the guests trip most comfortable.

Positive: Everything! The appartment was new, nice and clean with everything that is needed for a home like feeling. Everything worked and the place was as clean and nice as in pictures (rare in India). I was with my parents who liked the place more than the normally low end 5 star hotels we normally stay at! The host, Santos was super friendly. He went distance to make us feel at home. I am sceptical about a friendly Indian man but to a surprise Santosh was genuinely nice. He even arranged a special visit to Sri PadmaSwami Temple!

Negative: Nothing really, other than the fact it is a homestay kind of setup and not really a proper hotel but we neither expected or wanted a feel of a big hotel anyways!

Positive: I stayed here today , and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks alot for the santhosh sir, In charge of apartment. He is so friendly and helpful And I recommend this is the bed stay in trivandrum ,will get 7star room experience. Once again, thanks for the man behind the beautiful room , SANTHOSH sir
