Summary: Rooms and bathrooms need an upgrade. The hotel and rooms look old and jaded. Carpets in the lobby are very dirty. The hotel hasnt been renovated since opening. Its all the same. The common toilets in the lobby are not cleaned well and periodically. I am specificially referring to 13th Jan'26 morning @ 07:00AM. It was probably not cleaned from the night before.

Summary: Stay was good and comfortable. But needs a definite upgrade especially for bathroom fittings / flush button. Minibar needs facelift and so does TV channels.

Summary: Other than staff and hospitality, i liked hotel. Staff service and room service was just not good which will make me never stay at this hotel in future.

Summary: The hotel is a nice 5-star property in Gauhati, one of the few such hotels. Most aspects were good including the nice buffet breakfast. However, the housekeeping staff need better training. After cleaning my room one day, they left only two bath towels (for our two occupants) but no hand towel. When we asked for them, they sent only one hand towel, not two. Also, it seems smoking is allowed in the room and/or in the property. There was some smell that was annoying.
