Positive: This is a villa which is furnished to the highest standards around 15 mins drive from the main attractions in the Los Americas area of Tenerife. The villa has a complete kitchen with everything you would need to cook during your stay, with a wonderful pool and an external annex which is great if you are travelling with an older child who needs their own space. Each upstairs bedroom has its own large on suite and was great for our travelling group. We would not hesitate to rebook this villa in the future.

Negative: Its not a negative but I would recommend a rental car if you book this villa

Positive: Villa was beautiful and spacious. We were a family of 11 and didn't feel on top of each other. Kitchen had everything you need. Vivatenerife staff were extremely attentive and very helpful. Only a short bus journey into Los Cristianos, so accessible if wanting to go out to the busier areas. The area of Buzanada itself was lovely and quiet, locals very welcoming too.

Negative: Just 1 little dislike was no air con in the downstairs bedroom, but fans were available to use

Positive: Lovely surprise because the villa itself exceeded all expectations. clean spacious well decorated and the pool and outside gardens were well stocked and maintained.Huge impressive poolside barbecue and superb kitchen. The situation of the nearby town was convenient for small shops and large supermarket a short drive away had very reasonable prices. Lemons from your own trees made G&Ts taste better.

Negative: The view from the balcony was unattractive scrubland but the distant views of the mountains was much more inspiring. The situation of the nearby town was convenient and local eggs were amazing but came with an enthusiastic cockerel who was an early riser. Warning The pool area is very slippery for anyone with wet feet!

Summary: Perfect escape from winter for 3 generations of our family celebrating a very special 80th birthday!

Positive: The place is well equipped for large companies looking for a family friendly place with a well equipped kitchen, safe pool and parking for two cars. We enjoyed our stay and found the staff also very helpful!

Negative: Not much - the kitchen could use some oven mittens and the lighter for the grill didn't work but these were super minor things. There are chickens (and roosters) close by so if you are a light sleeper, some earplugs might come in handy. Buzanada is a quiet place in general and you need a car to reach bigger shopping places for groceries. All in all, a great experience.

Positive: ViVa Tropical is spaceous and clean, located in a quiet area with good access to highway, which provides a good connection to the airport as well as to Costa Adeje and other beach areas nearby. The kitchen is fully equipped (refridgerator, stovetop, cooking oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, equipment to make coffee, pots, pans, utensils, towels etc - the kitchen has it all), the bedrooms are spaceous, most of them with a private bathroom (with a shower), the beds are very comfortable. Enough bath towels are provided to be used on site (you'll need your own towel to take to the beach). The yard is lovely, with plenty of sun loungers, a dining table, barbecue area. The pool is of decent size, deep enough and surrounded by a low fence to provide security for families with young children. There is enough parking space for two cars. The host provided all the necessary information as well as useful suggestions. The host was very helpful and replied quickly to all our questions. Our group of 11 was very happy with our stay!
