Positive: We couldn't have asked for a better stay in Porto! The apartment is situated in the perfect location and is full of character. Our room was gorgeous - modern, spacious, and stylish. It was tastefully decorated and had been finished to a really high standard. It had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. We weren't expecting breakfast hampers, so these ended up being a lovely surprise. They were dropped at our door each morning and were full of treats. We'll definitely miss them now that we're home! Our host, Joana, was amazing and made us feel so welcome. She decorated our door for my partner's birthday and left us a cute postcard, too. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Negative: A tea towel would be handy for when you're washing up, but it's not the end of the world! Everything else about this property is incredible.

Positive: My wife and I stayed in the Cinema room. Sofia has created a beautiful, high quality place, and she was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The Artist Lofts are right in the center of the action just blocks from the Ribeira; great location. Would recommend and stay again.

Positive: The property location was perfect for visiting Porto. We were a group of 12 and had booked six apartments. Each was beautifully designed and well equipped. The high ceilings gave the building a wonderful feel.

Negative: Little thing - few towel hooks and shelves for unpacking clothes would be helpful. We were there during the unprecedented Portugal power cut and the property was very communicative throughout the uncertain time. And had good emergency lighting in the landing areas. We were able to make best of a difficult situation.

Positive: The location is top-notch. Centrally located in the cultural hub of Porto and still away from the hustle and bustle. Recommended for people who want to stay close to all the tourist spots. The room itself was beautifully designed, and I enjoyed coming back to the room after a whole day of exploration.

Negative: The only con is that they send you the code to unlock the main door on the day of the check-in. If you don't have an international SIM or package, you will have an extremely difficult time getting in. I was lucky because I had a local driver with me, and he called the guest house to get the code. Also, there's a staircase to reach the first floor where the lift is situated, so it might be a challenge for people carrying big suitcases.
