Positive: Comfortable bed, cleaned everyday. The set up was good. Easy to find next to an excellent gelato place. Good restaurants on door steps. Coffee machine

Negative: The shower in the room was a bit odd. Not a lot of storage for clothes and things for 3 people.

Positive: The room was very clean and had a really nice smell

Negative: We had the bathroom separate from the bedroom which was a little uncomfortable but doable. There is no lift as it's an old building

Positive: The location was perfect. Close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The metro is just a few minutes away by foot. There are restaurants and shops when you walk outside. The room is nice and clean. We slept very well on the bed. Surprisingly, it is pretty quiet at night time, which is a plus. Andrea is phenomenal. Incredibly nice and accommodating.

Negative: The only issue was that on the first day someone (I suppose a staff member) knocked on our door asking us to be quiet. We were a little shocked because we were just talking normally. Other than that, everything was great.

Positive: The property was in an excellent location. The rooms were spotlessly clean. The host was very communicative and friendly. Lovely restaurants just outside the property and although was on a pretty busy street the noise did not keep us awake we never heard a thing. 2 min walk to the Spanish steps… about 5-10 mins from the trevi fountains. 30 min walk to both Colosseum and Vatican City. Lots of lovely shops all within walking distance and lots of lovely restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Negative: Initially we did not like the shower in the sleeping/bed part, however once we had got use to it, it was quite quirky and it wouldn’t stop us from staying again.

Summary: Excellent location and very clean.
