This traditional stone villa was built in 2003. The villa is surrounded with 2000 square meters of natural plot with olive trees and garden. Its one kilometre away from the typical Greek village Megali Mandinia with panoramic view to the Messinian Bay and the impressive mountain Taygetos.
The 170 sq meter stone house has 2 bedrooms in the main part of the villa. Main bedroom with 1 double bed and second bedroom with 3 single beds. The detached tower has 1 main bedroom with double bed and bathroom in the first floor and double bed sofa in the ground floor. The villa conteins a big living room with 2 relaxing sofa's, 1 big armchair, 42" TV Full HD, dvd player and a nice fireplace. Summary: We had the perfect stay at this gorgeous house - the view from the terrace was to die for!! Very quiet and private. You do need a car to get around and there are plenty of facilities a short car-ride away. The whole family absolutely loved it! If you have very small children, the pool area can be a little tricky as the surrounding walls are quite narrow and fairly high up. But for us it was perfect.

Summary: Great place. Out on the hills and not overlooked... you felt alone and had your own privaste place in the middle of nowhere. Shops about 10 min drive away. Pool a good size. Very quiet. Sunsets and sunrises overlooking the harbour of Kalmata absolutely out of this world

Summary: We’ve had an amazing trip. The house and pool were really fabulous. Loads of space for us all. Very comfortable beds. We loved eating out on the terrace in the evenings listening to the cicadas. The local beaches were lovely and uncrowded. Communication was perfect. You need a car to travel around.

Summary: Lovely country-style villa - comfortable but not luxurious. Isolated giving complete privacy. Seven minute drive to nearest beach, 12 to mini market, 15 to supermarket. Large pool and patio. Could have done with more information concerning villa operation (water heating/wifi/pool) and local amenities and points of interest.

Summary: Very traditional Greek Villa,peaceful and very serine,if relaxing and taking a dip in the pool is what you seek ,this is a perfect place! It is remote so I suggest that you have a car,nearest restaurant is a twenty minute walk and you definitely need a car to get groceries! I would recommend for future guests,that the caregiver does more than hand you the keys and leave,i as would have a book with the best restaurants in area and markets!I put my own hand drawn maps on bulletin board,also what to do if hot water goes out,internet and so on! If you know what to expect and are prepared,I would recommend this Villa,just need’s some better care by owner and caregiver, Thanks ,we enjoyed our stay and look forward to possibly returning

Summary: Very relaxing location, the property isn’t suitable for young children or anyone with mobility issues. There are high walls and steps with no guards or hand rail, had a couple of small issues with the fridge and water supply, after texting the owner he didn’t even reply.
