Positive: Everythings seems to be new. Fresh new sheets .they have essentials almost everything you’ll need from the kitchen to the cr. Its clean . The wilcon mall grocery is just 2 min walk they have laundry and jollibee.convenient place to stay.the owner is accomodating and friendly.

Negative: I guess the towels needs to be changed.

Summary: It was a great stay.

Positive: Location was good for my requirements. The Unit owner was most helpful, despite residing overseas.

Negative: Rules for the use of the swimming pool were not explained clearly, resulting in disappointment for myself and a friend's 9yo daughter. Particularly when the pool was not being used by anyone else at the time.

Summary: Happy with the condo, good to have fridge and cooking facilities.
