Summary: Everything about this hotel was amazing. Quite possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff could not be nicer, more helpful or pleasant. They couldn’t do enough to help us. Loved this place, cannot recommend this place enough.

Summary: I don’t even know where to start, this was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff went above and beyond, everything was done before we even knew we needed it. Tey and the team know everyone by name making it so personal. The location is great. Facilities were 5*, on arrival we had a 3 hour spa package which was just fantastic. We had a sunrise tour booked and the team arranged a wicker basket with breakfast and coffee. Nothing was too much trouble, they even sprayed us down with bug spray in the evening. Could not recommend this enough, I would travel back just for this hotel.

Summary: I’ve travelled quite a lot and I’ve stayed in many luxury hotels and is honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in a while. In the amenities, every detail is thought out , the staff knows how to anticipate your needs and they do it with warmth and honesty. Our stay felt flawless! Thanks for everything !

Summary: Staff were attentive and welcoming from arrival to departure. Small touches like cold towels when I came back from a day of temple trekking made all the difference. I enjoyed the pool area which is beautiful and surrounded by greenery & made use of the Spa which was excellent. The restaurant had a variety of local and western dishes so easy to eat at the hotel and the neighbourhood has a lot of good options as well.

Summary: After over 40 years of travelling to a wide range of hotels across the world the service I received in the Viroth Hotel is genuinely my best experience. All the staff excelled, delivering world class service in a friendly, welcoming and professional manner. I had high expectations due to the awards this hotel had won over the years and after sending 4 nights here I can fully understand why. My sincere thanks to all the staff, I look forward to returning again.

Summary: Exceptional in every way If I could give this a 6 star rating I would. Everything about the hotel was exceptional and that is due to one thing that many hotels overlook, attention to detail. This is all down to the amazing staff, from the welcome when you arrive to the way they attend to every guests needs, our experience couldn’t be beaten. The location is great, the pool was the perfect antidote to a day walking around temples and the breakfast was the best we have had over 6 hotels we have stayed in over the last 5 weeks. We have stayed in many hotels both for work and pleasure around the world and this is amongst the best. We highly recommend anyone visiting Siem Reap to stay in this exceptional hotel.

Summary: This was our first trip to Cambodia, I felt genuinely welcomed when we arrived, the hotel staffs were sincere, the room was clean constantly. The hotel order breakfast was top notch, I ate one delicious dinner and got an excellent massage session in the hotel. I wish every hotel in the world learn from this hotel how to treat customers. A special thank to the sewing lady who repaired my torn backpack handle!
