Positive: Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Such a gorgeous hotel but the most impressive part was the staff. Every single person there treated us like family and catered to our every needs. So incredibly welcoming every time we entered the building, giving us a cold towel and having a nice conversation with us about where we just came back from. They took care of us at every step and remembered our names and even kept asking about my wife who got heatstroke during our time in Siem Reap. They gave her breakfast in the room and anything else she needed. Breakfast was delicious and once again the staff were so nice. I really can't emphasise how wonderful the staff are at Viroth's. They picked us up from the airport where there was a hotel representative waiting for us along with a driver. The pool was salt water which was lovely as I could perfectly float in it without much effort. What helps it was the beauty of this fine hotel, amazing greenery that can blow you away. They really do a lot with a small-medium sized hotel. It was our honeymoon and we got given a pool view room. It was very spacious with a lovely bathroom and very comfortable king sized bed. The spa was very nice but of course you can find cheaper outside the hotel for similar quality. What's funny is when we went our tours, the bus would pick up other customers from their hotels and our hotel looked by far the best. You're really living in comfort at Viroth's Hotel. There's a reason why they have a 9.9 score. I wish we knew about their vintage car tours before arriving as I would've preferred to have booked those for our honeymoon over the generic tours we went on. The cars they have are insane! It would have been lovely to ride in their Rolls Royce.

Negative: Wish the TVs were Smart so we could enjoy some streaming platforms but this is a very minor issue, it encouraged us to go out and explore.

Positive: Just loved this hotel,located centrally close to all the restaurants bars and the markets. One of the most comfortable hotels I have stayed in Cambodia. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. 💯recommend

Positive: Absolutely one of the nicest staff in the world. The hotel was much better than we expected! Just the little things they did! Fabulous! Also loved their vintage car collection which guests have access to!

Negative: Actually nothing! They can have a waste basket in the room as well! The AC has a yellow light which is quite bright at night but I covered it!

Summary: Absolutely fabulous and anyone going to Siem Reap should experience the Viroth hospitality!

Positive: This hotel is Exceptional: The room is large and well appointed; the breakfast is delicious, the pool is perfect, but best of all are the staff who are all incredible: Friendly, professional and with an attention to detail that has surpassed anywhere else we have stayed. Do not look at other hotels - book Viroth's, you won't regret it.
