Summary: This space was beautifully decorated and is exactly as pictured. They were responsive to messages in a timely manner. The location worked perfectly for my activities of my visit. Please remember to stick with necessary supplies in the future

Summary: I liked how the host was flexible when an unforseen medical issue came up causing us to shorten our trip. I also liked the responsiveness of the host in addressing issues, such as Netflix not being installed on the Roku, a clogged bathtub, and nails sticking out from the carpeting between the master bedroom and dining room area. I am a bit surprised all of these were issues to begin with, but thanks to the host for responding to concerns and sending in maintenance. The area is very nice and I love the pool setup and fitness center. Some areas for improvement / advice to the host: 1/ please deep clean the place before every stay as it was clear that a thorough job was not done (e.g hair on the carpets). 2/ I know the hot weather may be blamed for ants in the kitchen, however most Vrbos won't have this problem due to adequate abatement measures. Asking us to spray bug spray is not an answer especially with small kids around, even if we are reimbursed for the spray. We ended up vacating the apartment a bit early due to the ants.This place really needs to have more basic amenities provided, e.g. soap / shampoo in the bathroom, a kitchen mat, laundry detergent, ice in the freezer, full hand soap bottles upon check in (yes we did run out within a couple of days). It really elevates the experience at minimal cost. I'm mentioning these to improve the experience in the future, but overall our experience wasn't terrible. It just left something to be desired.

Summary: We came into town to visit friends and family. The condo was perfect size for us and was right above the pool which was great. It was dark when we arrived so it took us a while to find our numbered parking spot, but one we found it, we got in no problem. It was very helpful of the host to provide pictures on how to get to the unit. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again when in town. Thanks!

Summary: Apartment is very nicely decorated and comfortable. Location is good and easy to find. Joey is a wonderful property manager and very responsive. The only thing I would advise is they do not provide soap shampoo or coffee so be prepared

Summary: We came to the area to visit Castaic Lake. The apartment was conveniently located (around 25 min away) & is in a gated community, which was a plus. It was clean & even nicer than the photos. The owner made sure the air conditioning was on when we arrived - very important and appreciated during a July heat wave. He was available by text whenever we had questions. Although the apartment was missing a few expected items (bathroom soap, shower soap), the owner was really responsive — he apologized & sent a delivery from target the next day to take care of whatever we mentioned was missing.! We’d stay here again. Definitely recommend.
