Summary: Check in was easy, parking was easy they have charging stations, which is amazing restaurant and bar is in the hotel. Pool was clean and not crowded. My room was clean and had all the necessities. We had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Everything is within walking distance. Overall very satisfied I will definitely be staying there again.

Summary: The room was clean, the AC worked, the beds were okay. We were there for a soccer tournament. We wanted to eat dinner with a few members of my daughter's team. Despite an empty outdoor area (The area actually depicted in the photo), and a completely empty bar area, we were hounded by the hotel staff that we could not eat together outside or inside. The only place we were allowed to eat was on two tiny couches in the entry way of the hotel. DON'T STAY HERE IF YOU ARE STAYING WITH YOUR TEAMS. This lady was incredibly rude and despite all the empty space that was available, wouldn't let a 9 year old's team have 3 families eat pizza together. Which was interesting because there were kids in the bar area. All we wanted to do was eat pizza together after a long day of playing. Nice and beautiful hotel, but not conducive to team sports.
