With original wood flooring, this quaint home offers 3 comfortable bedrooms and two baths, providing a perfect place to relax while you are enjoying your stay in the beautiful North Central Florida area with a multitude of outdoor activities around. Summary: This worked perfect or a fess older guys from upstate NY to take advantage of some nicer weather and ride motorcycles. Very nice house, communication was great. Would definitely rent again if we come back

Summary: Loved staying here. The house is roomy, clean and quiet. I felt safe staying there. Check-in / out was easy. While we where there, we used the kitchen and we found everything we needed. WiFi service was good for our phones. We did not use the TV but it was available. I would say this place is NOT wheelchair accessible, as there are stone steps one must go up to enter the house, and also to enter the kitchen area (this was no problem for us) I would love to visit this area again in the future and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Summary: This home was exactly as advertised and made our trip so much better and easier than a hotel would have. Only concern I’d voice, was the AC was hard to control and washer/dryer squeaked some when in use. Communication and hospitality with owner(s) was good-even after we checked out! In the future, would definitely book again.

Summary: Adorable cottage, super clean and completely stocked with every day items. Loved the large kitchen. Plenty of sleeping space with comfortable beds. Nice big yard, was perfect for boat parking and charging. Within 2 miles of the City Docks and Restaurants. Super easy check in and check out process. Loved, loved our stay.

Summary: Check in was great! The host did a great job accommodating me with a early check in since the date I need had already passed the booking time, and my travel time had me getting there early in the morning. — Lovely home, big front and back yard both fenced in. The house is way bigger then I thought and both bathrooms are nice. Kitchen was huge with a gas stove for awesome cooking!! Internet works well also. If I was to give any advice maybe more for those who will be there through the day it does get a little warm with it being so hot and the AC trying to keep up it can range around 74/77 with a little humidity. But catches up fine when the sun goes down which for me worked great hence I was at work most of the daylight time. Would definitely stay again! Thanks, Lewis

Summary: Really can’t complain for $75/night & minimal fees. It’s an older home but doesn’t have that bad old house smell. It is the nicest home & lot in the neighborhood. My husband & his dad & friends were able to sleep in before pre-fishing & before the tournament versus driving 2 hours from home each day & they were able to fish longer since they didn’t have that drive home either. Saved money on diesel fuel as well which was the big selling point for us. It’s about 2 miles from the city dock. We were able to park 2 full size trucks with bass boats, a sedan, & an SUV. However, you’ll need to be good at backing in. While the bunk beds aren’t bad, I think 2 twin beds would be better since I think more adults would be staying instead of children. I liked that there were some more than basic needs supplied. Somehow I forgot to bring paper plates & they had stuff to get us by til I got to the store. I also loved the dish washer & the supplied tablets! I hate doing dishes on vacation lol A programmable coffee pot would be nice, but it wasn’t a big deal to not have coffee brewed as we got up since the guys cooked breakfast instead of running out the door. The last day/night the guys bream fished & they were able to set up in the side yard to clean them, use the hose & the back yard was great for frying fish. We loved having a full size fridge so there was no need for coolers of drinks. We couldn’t figure out how to get ice going though… might not be hooked up. Also not a huge deal. Compared to other fish camp rentals we have stayed at & paid $180+, this is so much better & cheaper! Only downfall is it’s not on the water with a slip, but during big tournaments you can’t complain! You’re just lucky to get a place to stay.
