Positive: The directions were easy the location is excellent and the dock facilities are top notch for fishing and shrimping.

Negative: Were you still watching TV in bed while resting so it would be nice to have a TV in the master bedroom but that's it that's the only thing I would change everything else was perfect.

Positive: Beautiful view, quiet Property managers were very quick to address the fact that the refrigerator was not working. Clean

Negative: **There is apparently no water filter—the water was very stinky and very off putting when you had to use it for any length of time (showers, brushing teeth…). **Having to dispose of your own trash off property was annoying; we get that we didn’t have daily maid service like a hotel, but we did pay good money for the week. Plus, there were no specific directions of how to get to a dump site. The reply to my question of where to take it was “there’s a place about 11 minutes away”. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Googling did not help. So the trash is currently on its way back to Birmingham. 😕 **Suggestion: A mixing bowl, a glass bowl, a couple large serving spoons, and at least an 8x8 Pyrex baking dish(for microwave safe/oven safe heating) would be handy in the kitchen. We ate most meals in the house, so it got a little difficult to cook at times.

Summary: All in all the place served its purpose and we enjoyed the chance to relax in a quiet atmosphere.
