Summary: We had to ask for towels 4 times since 9am and finally got it at 7pm….. “oh you know how cleaning ladies are..” is not the best answer to give to your guests at 4 star hotel. Spa was nice, room huge but had dead mosquitoes on the walls and bugs walking around in the bathroom.
