Negative: Bath in room 108 was so high it was really hard to get in and out as a 5’1” person

Positive: Location. Evening grill was excellent. Service during evening meal was also excellent. Car parking on site.

Negative: No afternoon room clean. No cooked breakfast after 9:30am *strictly* enforced when we were only 5mins late. Resulted in us finding a great breakfast cafe close by which we used the following morning too. Tired bathroom, mouldy grouting, wash hand basin had leaking tap which led to standing water on the surface area. Cobwebs behind curtain. Coffee/tea cups are too small.

Summary: Good but lacking attention to detail needed to make it a great hotel.

Positive: Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were very quiet although hotel is in the middle of town. Made to feel very welcome.

Negative: One room was dusty, no tissues in box, defunct coffee machine and empty pod box left in room.
