Positive: Lovely tranquil apartments and gardens with swimming pool bonus. We were greeted and treated like friends by Alkistis the host she was so lovely and kind. Nothing was too much trouble even lent me a charger for the week as I forgot mine. Apartment was clean and fresh with lovely bedding etc and little balconies to sit and enjoy breakfast and drinks in the evening. Beach was a short walk away with a great beach bar and sun beds, gentle walk into the sea.

Negative: Only one small issue was access road to main road ! It was busy and narrow with hairpin bends !

Positive: Absolutely loved the property. The ground were covered in vibrant greenery and ripe fruit tree. And our room was perfect. My partner is a hard person to please and she loved how cute and homely it was. And the host was fabulous. So kind and courteous, welcoming and helpful! Very close to the airport!

Negative: I’m being picky- The shower with the door shut was a bit small and I’m not a small person, so had to shower with it open! And would’ve been nice for a small tuck shop / bar area to get some drinks water, as the nearest shop was about 1.5km - perfect if you have a car. And was a big ol walk from the apartment.

Summary: Absolute GEM and highly recommend!

Positive: Alkistis was an excellent hostess. The whole estate was excellent. Lot's of space, green gardens and the pool. There was also a BBQ available. Nearby, a 3 min walk, there is Spasmata beach which is a very nice beach and has a bar. The estate is in a strategic location , near Lassi and Argostoli. I will highly recommend it

Negative: The only downside is the road to get to the main street, a 1 min drive, but you get used to it. Just pay attention to the mirrors in the corners

Positive: Beautiful accommodation with a heavenly pool, lush gardens with fig and lime trees, and everything that’s needed in the studios. Easy check in/-out and prompt communication from a very friendly host! Great location to explore the island from — 2 gorgeous beaches within walking distance, 10min away from the capital Argostoli where you can spot turtles, and every other location literally no further than 1h20 away. Thank you!

Positive: The accommodation was great all and all, the pool always clean and not so many people actually enjoying it which was weird

Negative: The showers are quite small so I sometimes showered by the pool but it wasnt much of a problem for me personally

Positive: Villehardouin has recently been taken over by this lovely local family & is a real gem tucked away in Minies not far from Lassi & Argostoli. My self catering studio had everything i needed and spotlessly clean too. Welcome pack & pool towels provided & great internet. The place is spacious making your stay quite private if you want and very natural (but not a farm as such because there are no animals or crops) The beautiful surroundings are well looked after and peaceful. Pool is fabulous & relaxing round the pool area too. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to booking again :)

Positive: The room was exceptionally clean; the grounds were beautiful as was the swimming pool; the location was excellent (right by several very nice beaches); the facilities in the room were excellent - e.g., the bed was extremely comfortable, the towels were very high quality, and the bedding was crisp and brand-new. The value for money was exceptional. The basket of local goods and fruit on arrival was a lovely touch and we really appreciated it. I would highly recommend staying here.

Negative: Two small things (and both could be easily rectified): The shower cubicle is far too small and the shower head was too low. For someone who is 6ft and quite broad, I couldn't get under the shower and I struggled to turn around in it. The other point is I think the bins need to be changed more often than on the cleaning day. Other than these small comments, everything was exceptional.

Positive: Nice place for you to stay, good location, the garden is incredibly beautiful, the man who maintains it is very kind and cultured, the pool that the villa has is a very nice detail and you can relax next to it after a day at the beach and have a beautiful view. The rooms are small but extremely clean

Negative: The mosquito net on the terrace door and something to protect the terrace from the sun when you drink coffee in the morning are missing
