Summary: access to the beach is great, but the hotel needs alot of work, bathroom was not clean, furniture needs upgrade. our AC broke in the middle of the night and front desk closes so nobody was there to help us. Also you NEED ID's for all your kids if not provide you will NOT be able to get your room. they do not note this before hand.

Summary: We liked the location. The rooms were nicely decorated with true Mexican architecture. The beach was nice. Staff was very good. But.... The food was not great. The coffee was terrible. The rooms had no towel bar or hook to hang towels or a bathing suit. Zero. No face towels either. An extra bath mat/towel for right when you walk into the room would be nice.

Summary: Food was so so, we picked all inclusive option and the menu wasn’t actually “all inclusive”. Servers near the beach were great 5/5. As well as the bar near the beach. The rooms were very clean.
