Casa Cereza is a wooden/cement/palm roof house with 2 floors. The first floor apartment is surrounded by a terrace on three sides with a lovely garden view. There is a big spacy living room with a typical Mexican kitchen which is fully equipped.
The masterbedroom(kingsize) is very comfortable and like all the other rooms in the house natural ventilated with windows all around. A little private terrace makes part of the sleeping room. The second bedroom(queensize) is full of light and color. The bathroom is connected with living room and sleeping room.
Downstairs is a independent apartment where the owner lives. The house is situated in a lovely garden , 50 meters from the lovely sand beach, near to the village(10 min walk) but far enough to desconnect and enjoy complete tranquility.

Summary: Sabine’s beautiful home was perfect for our group. The setting was peaceful and the home had everything we needed. Sabine was easy to find if we had questions. The home is as near to beach as you can be without being right on it. Cafe Del Mar has delicious food and drinks, and a wide variety of items. The beach there was our absolute favorite! Walking to the busy center of town was easy. Altogether we think Sabine’s is the best place on the island!! We can’t wait to come back.

Summary: This is the second time I have stayed here. It is amazing!It has a unique vibe, a lot of character and is really close to the beach and great restaurants.

Summary: This house is perfect for someone like me who misses the way Mexico used to be. The house and gardens are quaint and charming and decorated with a rustic but beautiful attention to detail. The restaurant and beach are steps away and everyone was so kind and welcoming.

Summary: Close to town off a main road. A two minute walk to the beach if you walk really, really slow. and close to a quiet relaxing beach bar. Very clean, Sabine is great with communicating.

Summary: I stayed with two friends for a short get away. We were looking for something that was quiet at night but close to everything. It was perfect! Sabina was a lovely host and was fast on her communication. She arranged everything for the transportation from Cancun airport to the house. It was just steps away from Her restaurant Del Mar, we started there every morning then walked the beach to many of the beach clubs. We would definitely stay again! Bring bug spray and prepare for power outages on the island. But nothing that would deter me from going again.

Summary: This was our 2nd stay at Casa Cereza and it was as lovely as the first. The house is charming and steps from the beautiful beach. The cafe is now on the beach but that just means it is easier to get delicious food and drinks. Sabine is a wonderful and helpful host. If you are sensitive to mosquitos, I would recommend bringing bug repellant and maybe some flashlights to walk to/from town in the dark. Otherwise, just bring your swimsuits and enjoy the island!!!

Summary: Great location and very relaxing! The island isn't quite as quiet as it once was and the local traffic is busy, but the place was great, Sabine was great in making sure everything was taken care off, the cafe was excellent (especially for sunset) and you can walk to town or Punta Coco quite easily too. Exactly what we wanted, a super chill hammock and beach week!

Summary: Casa Cereza is just as advertised. We're a bit disappointed when we arrived that Cafe del Mar had moved to beach but found that the move had made the experience even better. Good for and service and a great location.

Summary: We had a wonderful 5 day stay at Casa Cereza. The apartment had all we needed and was comfortable and super clean. We loved the patio area with the hammock Perfect location, a few (barefoot) steps from the beach. Sabine made sure we had all we needed and she organized the door to door transfers to and from the airport. The food at the little cafe on the beach, Cafe del Mar , was excellent , very fresh and super tasty. It was great to be on the quieter end of the island but still just an easy walk along the beach to all the action. We hope to return.
