Positive: Very welcoming and incredibly clean with welcome drinks and snacks. Bathroom products and towels of good quality.

Negative: There is nothing that I didn’t like. Maybe it looks a bit rundown from the outside but inside it is lovely with thoughtful extra touches and a homely feel.

Positive: The apartment was very clean. It was nice they got us the pack-n-play for our littlest one. The washer and dryer was very helpful to our family. Parking was close, but we had to talk to the guard or get someone to let us in every time. Eventually one of the other tenants gave us their pass code to let us in, otherwise we would've had to park on the street and trek our large family with littles up the hill every time, including arrival and departure with all of our luggage. The apartment was very close to some good restaurants and bakeries. It was also pretty close to the rainforest and beaches. We went to 7 Seas Beach. We randomly happened upon Luquillo Beach after stopping for food, and it was very dirty. I attached a picture of the balcony view.

Negative: The communication was interesting. Really great at first, and then null. The website said we could write in English or Spanish, both was fine. Initially I started off in Spanish, and then when we got there I wrote in English because I was confused about payment stuff, so I wanted to write in my language to come across perfectly clear, but when I did that they just ignored me until I spoke in Spanish lol. The beds were so hard, the floors were hard and crunchy on your feet after a few times in and out of the apartment. The couch was hard as a rock. We picked this place because it had a pool, and it was closed!!!!! Looks like it's been closed for a while too. That was extremely disappointing. I attached a picture of the pool view.

Summary: Great location, could use some more comfy touches, and a pass code to park in front of the building!

Negative: Probably having hooks inside the bathroom for hanging hand towels or big towels would have helped.
