Positive: Good rooms lots of beds ,, space to spred out, great Deck in the back yard were we spent most our time, big hot tub next to deck was also a plus,, all around great home

Negative: The jetted tub in the master bedroom leaked so we choose not to use it. But hot tub out side was a good enough..
