Summary: When we pulled up we thought the place was closed down. To say it looked rundown is a gross understatement! There were people arguing in the parking lot and shouting at one another in their rooms which we could hear. At one point, I thought we might be witnessing a drug deal between two people hanging out in the parking lot. There were no pictures on any of the walls in our room, no microwave, no coffee machine, it reeked of cigarettes and there were cigarette burns in our bedspread. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The bed creaked at every turn and you could hear people walking a floor above, showering and flushing their toilets. Super sketchy motel!

Summary: Very innexpensive motel, that being said, this motel was VERY clean 👍 (floors, bed and bathroom). Hard vinyl floors (not carpet)👍. Good sized mini-fridge 👍. Our car broke down and had to replace the water pump on my car in the motel parking lot (all day job) owner even lent me a couple of tools and was very empathetic which was the highlight of our stay. 👍. We had to stay an extra night because by the time I was done with fixing car, it was too late to drive back home (3 hour drive). Great owner!!! More than I expected from a innexpensive motel. We stayed in room 50. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Summary: Pleasantly surprised with the great beds and pillows. Economic Catskills option. To be honest, for your benefit, some shady looking people around that are perfectly harmless. Clean room, good bath facilities and great beds.
