This is a beautiful and spacious one-bedroom flat located in the quiet Village of Tully, 20 minutes from downtown Syracuse and the Cortland area. Pets are allowed depending on the type and size. For a small village, Tully has much to offer. Including, a locally owned coffee shop, yoga studio, 24-hour gym, two wonderful full-service restaurants, wine shop, grocery store, pharmacy, and public library. All of these locations are right outside the door of 6 State. St. In addition, there are wonderful walking trails, tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, full-size track, and green space galore, just a short walk behind the house. Tully also offers up some of the best hiking in Central New York at Highland Forest, Morgan Hill, and Labrador Hollow, just minutes away by vehicle or bike! And if you're with us during the winter months, Song Mountain Ski Resort will satisfy your need for speed on the slopes. Summary: This home is very near our family in Tully so super convenient for us. Everything is spotless and scent feee which is important to me. New towels and bedding, comfortable bed 😃 if you’re noise sensitive, earplugs work well. Kitchen has everything and hosts even leave spices, oils etc. So kind of them. They were very helpful when I encountered a glitch with the VRBO site. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks John!

Summary: The property was very well cared for, in a great location, and anything you could want was available. The numerous small touches throughout the property showed how much the hosts care for their guests, such as thoughtful hooks wherever you might need to hang things as well as a few bottles of water in the fridge. The host was responsive and provided great information that made check-in, the stay, and check-out a breeze. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again (and to get to spend more time in the town!).

Summary: John's apartment was nothing short of excellent. He has attended to every detail within the apartment, which is tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished. It was spotlessly clean, and John is a thoughtful and helpful communicator. The book that John and his wife have compiled for guests is insightful, informative, and comprehensive -- one of the best I've encountered -- and led us to explore Delphi Falls County Park, about which we hadn't previously known, but are glad we discovered. The location was similarly excellent for our planned needs, which included paddling and hiking in the Labrador Hollow Unique Area and a concert in Homer. We also appreciated the proximity to the Bloomin' Cup Cafe, where we walked each morning for coffee. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Summary: We had a wonderful 4 night stay in this beautiful, clean, spacious one bedroom apartment in the middle of the village of Tully! It was exactly what we needed for 3 adults with the additional comfortable pull out couch. While we didn't use the kitchen, except for coffee, it looked well stocked with anything you would need. John was a terrific host and quickly answered a few questions I had. Loved the decor - so much history on Tully in several books and prints, antique cameras, cute little porch to relax on and watch the village. We come to Tully annually and look forward to staying here again!
