Positive: Really nice rooms, very clean and comfortable. The fireplace was really something to look forward to.

Positive: The hotel was at a nice spot in Ano Chora and the room was nice. The bar/breakfast area is pretty and the hot chocolate is great.

Negative: Unfortunately the hotel had a problem with heating on the day of our arrival. The staff managed to have it fixed late that night so we had heating but no hot water. Also the 3rd bed in the triple room was a very uncomfortable armchair converting into a single bed. On our last night in the hotel there was again a problem with the central heating so they gave us an electric heater. We appreciate staff efforts to resolve the problem but on a long planned vacation you expect to get what you paid for.
