Summary: The property is located in a historique street in the village. It would be difficult to find on your own; William met us and showed us the way. Once shown the location it is easily found, and is a short walk to the village center where there are numerous restaurants, and shops. The beach is a short drive, under 10 minutes , a car is a necessity. The apartment is essentially two floors, the first floor containing the kitchen/living room and bathroom, and the upper floor is the bedroom with an outdoor terrace. The bedroom area is air conditioned, which was needed as it was unseasonably warm. The online picture of the bedroom is a little deceptive as the ceiling height above the bed area is about 3 feet. This was totally comfortable, and required just a little getting used to. I am 6 feet 4 in (193 cm) so I had to be a little more careful than most. We totally enjoyed our stay, Nathalie and William were easily reachable, any questions or concerns we had were quickly answered. It was unseasonably warm during our stay, it might be a good idea to provide a fan on the first floor to move the air around. Also, a drying rack for clothing on the patio would be useful, drying the towels on the guard rail caused some rust spots. Summarizing, a clean, well equipped apartment in a great location, ideal for a couple.

Summary: We spent a wonderful and extremely relaxing week at this lovely place in the heart of Ramatuelle. It is tastefully and high-quality furnished – just exactly what the photos show. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen is well-equipped and even spices, vinegar, oil, Nespresso capsules, e.g. are provided. Nathalie and William are very nice, friendly and reachable without any problems. We look forward to our next stay! S & N

Summary: This was truly the most amazing and relaxing holiday, I had for a long time. The little townhouse is right in the city of Ramatuelle, with the most astonishing view. It truly felt like home and there was everything what we needed, Nathalie even provided us with washing powder and Nespresso capsules. She and her husband were very welcoming and I am very much looking forward to coming back very soon. I truly recommend this place. Thank you so much for having us and best wishes from Berlin, Lina x

Summary: The house is carefully renovated with top modern facilities, it is perfect for two people and has everything you might need. The terasse if wonderful and we spent most evenings up there. The location is great and it was easy to find parking, also very easy to get to the beach. Nathalie has been very friendly and helpful.

Summary: We stayed a week in the property. It is an enchanting (little) apartment over two floors. It is part of a row of houses which form the 'wall' of Ramatuelle's old village. The apartment is 400 meters from several nice restaurants in the village and from the market place, bakery and butcher. It has fabulous views over the wine fields towards the sea. The apartment is excellently decorated keeping the historic details with a modern tasteful finish. Everything is brand new and in good order and very clean. The roof terras is great with comfortable loungers and super views. The views from the downstairs living room are equally nice.We stayed there during very hot weather and benefited from the airco in the bedroom which is very quiet and which we kept on a low stand during the night. The bed is comfortable with a good mattrass. There is a low beam at the end of the stairs leading up to the bedroom which need to be minded when going up. Parking can be done on the street close to the apartment. The owner Nathalie is reliable, helpful and friendly. We intent coming back next year.
