Summary: Really good hotel, coffee in room good, staff were nice. Car park was difficult with a 5pm arrival as the gym is packed, breakfast was good, no safe in room not great for leaving laptop

Summary: Great hotel with brilliant facilities! Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a red hot week and the AC didn’t work in my room so it was very hot. Fans not available. Room was well decorated but needed some TLC and maintenance- I can imagine that due to great facilities and service that the hotel is often full with little time to decorate etc Food portions great - kids meals were massive Strange to pay for parking when you are essentially on a service park where parking wouldn’t be abused due to location?
